Refund policy
Cruiser Patch L.C. has a 1-year return policy, which means you have 365 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns which are not fulfilled (not sent back to us) within 90-days of a return request will be cancelled. No refund will be issued and the provided return shipping label will be nullified if not used within 90-days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you need is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you need a replacement ASAP, you may need to place an additional order while the return is still in process.
USED parts policy
All used parts are excluded from any warranties or guarantees but are still eligible for the 365-day return policy at the discretion of Cruiser Patch L.C. Used part returns can be denied for any reason by Cruiser Patch L.C and/or its staff.
Used Parts Condition Scale:
- Condition A - Used, like new (less than 500 miles of use, if any - for example, a coil spring set installed and immediately removed)
- Condition B - Minimal to light cosmetic blemishes, minimal wear (less than ~3,000 miles of use)
- Condition C - Mild use, wear, and/or cosmetic blemishes (between ~3,000 to ~10,000 miles of use)
- Condition D - Heavy use, worn and/or issues with finish, appearance but still functional (more than ~10,000 miles of use)
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us via our contact page.
