Shipping policy
It is our goal to ship online orders within 48 hours of its being placed. We stock most of the items available for purchase on our e-commerce store and conveniently display inventory stock quantities for our customers to observe and understand.
We operate on the east coast of the United States of America (Eastern Standard Time) which means that many orders placed from western time zones will not be processed until our next business day. Our standard operating hours are between 09:00-16:00 Eastern with shipment drops by each EOD or first-thing next morning.
Customers are responsible for keeping track of our event schedule (found in the community section of our website) and should expect delays when Cruiser Patch staff are out of town or on holiday/vacation.
It is our responsibility to our customers to fulfill orders in a timely manor but Cruiser Patch nor its staff can be held responsible for the delays of our third-party shipping carriers (i.e. USPS, UPS, DHL, etc). That said, we will do everything in our power to help our customers and take responsibility when others do not. We are here to serve the Toyota 4WD community as we are able.
