Over time, OEM torsion bars wear out just like coil springs in a traditional suspension. Cruiser Patch is proud to present the first ever aftermarket O.E. spec+ torsion bar for the 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX470.
For maximum ride comfort and OEM performance, Cruiser Patch recommends our torsion bars be utilized in near-stock vehicles. As additional weight is added to a 100 Series on OEM or Cruiser Patch spec torsion bars, it is necessary to 'crank them up' or 're-index' the torsion bars to provide a taller ride height (lift).
NOTE: Vehicles using the Cruiser Patch or OEM torsion bars with significant additional weight or added pre-load (such as re-indexing) are recommended to also add Lower Control Arm reinforcement brackets to prevent damage to the LCAs.
Cruiser Patch O.E. spec+ 29.50mm torsion bars measure 1160mm in length and are intended for use in petrol/gas powered US spec 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX470.

I suffered from a harsh ride on my LX470 after an AHC delete and running a standard lift kit. These are, hands down, the best modifications I've done to my car! Ride quality is fantastic on large bumps, and expansion joints are no longer annoying! I have a steel bumper with a winch, and during installation, I re-indexed them +2, which gave me the desired lift while maintaining 2 inches of droop. I can't say enough about Patch—super knowledgeable and helpful when asking questions to get my car dialed in!
