OEM+ 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser & Lexus LX470 Fuse Box Lid Gasket Kits

The fuse box lids on the 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX470 are equipped with thin gaskets around the diameter which after 20+ years of service are in dire need of replacement.

Weather-proofing the electrical systems of older vehicles ensures lasting use and prevents many issues for which 100 Series Land Cruisers are notorious. The junction block cover gaskets are not sold separately from Toyota (No. 2 and No. 3 on the early US spec 100 Series, No. 2 only on 2003+ models in the US).

This silicone rubber gasket material will outlast even the factory rubber gasket with an operating temperature range of -60° to 400°F.

Installation tips:

• Use a pick tool or flat head screwdriver to remove the old gasket material
• Starting at one corner of the fuse box lid, work around CW or CCW pushing the new gasket into place with the blunt end of a small tool (e.g. allen key)
• Be careful not to fold or tear the new gasket during installation
• If desired, one can melt the two ends of the gasket with a soldering iron to form one complete piece
