AGM Battery Voltage Boost Regulator (GM 12135037)

Adding a voltage booster is a necessary upgrade for anyone running an AGM battery in their vehicle. Cruiser Patch uses this GM diode to increase alternator voltage output at idle and under load from 13V to 14.6-15V.

See photos for proper orientation of diode into 1998-2002 Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX470 and 2003-2007 Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX470 (will fit other vehicles with AGM battery). Improper diode orientation will trigger the battery light- in this case, simply reverse the diode.

Fitment details:

• 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser & Lexus LX470: replaces “ALT-S” 7.5A fuse (98-02 located on positive terminal fusible link, 03-07 located in engine bay fuse box)
• 80 Series Toyota Land Cruiser & Lexus LX450: replaces “CHARGE” 7.5A fuse (located in engine bay fuse box)
