AISIN 2UZ-FE Timing Belt and Water Pump kit with hydraulic tensioner

AISIN produces many OE parts for Toyota including transmissions, water pumps, oil pumps, and more. The 2UZ-FE timing belt kit from AISIN includes all the essential parts for the job during replacement. 

Hints and tips:

• When installing the No. 1 tensioner pulley, always coat the threads with 242 loctite or equivalent to prevent oil leaks. Also remember to install 90201-10101 (washer plate) behind the tensioner pulley for correct spacing.
• Check that the timing marks are aligned before removing the tensioner pin by rotating the engine one full revolution using the crank bolt (181 ft-lbs).
• Use soapy water or spare antifreeze to lubricate cooling system seals and gaskets before installation.
• Lubricate the cam & crank seals with MP grease or engine oil before installation.
