Cruiser Patch 100 Series Land Cruiser & LX470 Lower Control Arm Reinforcement Bracket kit (bolt-on)

It has been well documented that the 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX470 lower control arms are subject to cracking at the inner mounting hole for the torsion bar "torque arm" bolts. This can easily be prevented by adding reinforcement brackets to the LCAs.

Vehicles with significant additional weight or added pre-load (such as re-indexing) are recommended to add lower control arm reinforcement brackets to prevent damage to the LCAs.

Installation tips:

• Our lower control arm reinforcement brackets for the 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX470 do NOT require any drilling, welding* or fabrication work to be mounted securely to the LCAs.
• Simply unbolt the torsion bar "torque arm" and slide the bracket into position. 
• Reassemble and torque 22mm nuts to 166 ft-lbs.
• *welding the reinforcement brackets to the LCAs will strengthen the arms, however this is not required
