Over time, OEM torsion bars wear out just like coil springs in a traditional suspension. Cruiser Patch is proud to present the first ever aftermarket 27mm O.E. spec torsion bar for the diesel-powered 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser equipped with the hydraulic AHC system.

For maximum ride comfort and OEM performance, Cruiser Patch recommends our torsion bars be utilized in near-stock vehicles. As additional weight is added to a 100 Series on OEM or Cruiser Patch spec torsion bars, it is necessary to 'crank them up' or 're-index' the torsion bars to provide a taller ride height (lift).

NOTE: Vehicles using the Cruiser Patch or OEM torsion bars with significant additional weight or added pre-load (such as re-indexing) are recommended to also add Lower Control Arm reinforcement brackets to prevent damage to the LCAs.

Cruiser Patch AHC 27mm torsion bars measure 1210mm long and are designed to fit the 1HD-T & 1HD-FTE diesel powered IFS 100 Series Toyota Land Cruiser.

Installation tips:

• Our torsion bars are NOT marked on the splines to avoid confusion during installation. The "OE" index pattern is offset 4x splines from the center-line. Many users re-index their bars to compensate for added weight- for this reason we do not mark the splines.
• Each torsion bar is etched 'R' or 'L' with a directional rotation indicator (in the form of an arrow) on the end of the torsion bar.
