HF2A/HF2AV Toyota Full-Time 4WD Transfer Case Extension Housing Seal Driver Special Service Tool

Anodized in black and cut from 6061-T6 aluminum, these seal drivers are designed to last- beautifully finished with laser engraved details.

When replacing Toyota oil seals it is paramount to ensure they are set to the correct depth. Any further or not far enough and the seal may leak. This tool allows users to effortlessly install new seals worry-free.

Based on SST 09316-00061 (replacer E, front ext. housing seal tool) and SST 09316-00031 (replacer B, rear ext. housing seal tool) which are found in the OE SST kit 09316-60011

Instructions:

Use any 1/2" drive extension as a handle to push the seal in by hand- then tap on the seal driver tool with a brass or plastic mallet until the seal is fully seated (you cannot drive it further than the tool will allow- in other words, the tool will drive the seal in to the perfect depth).

Tech tip: apply a layer of MP grease to the sealing surfaces and outside edge of the seal prior to installation
